Patient Express. Direct-to-patient convenience

In a world where convenience is key, Patient Express gives established wearers the option of having their contact lenses sent directly to them – at home, at work or any nominated address. So, now you can match or better the convenience of internet retailers by having your patients order directly from you and then their lenses will be delivered straight to their door.*

How do you use Patient Express?

  1. Click on ‘direct patient delivery’ when you order at CooperVision Online – www.coopervision.net.au/www.coopervision.co.nz. If you are making an order by phone, let the Customer Service Representative know you want to make a Patient Express order
  2. Process your patient’s payment as usual
  3. The contact lenses will be sent direct to your patient’s designated address, via our nominated courier and the CooperVision® invoice will be sent to your practice – not to your patient

*Free direct-to-patient delivery for some orders over $80.00. From Jan 2023 all orders under $80 will incur a delivery fee of $7.00+GST.
If a PO Box is specified as the patient’s preferred delivery address, the contact lenses will be posted via Australia Post’s Express Post service. Full terms and conditions are available on our website at http://coopervision.net.au/practitioner/terms-and-conditions or http://coopervision.co.nz/practitioner/terms-and-conditions. At CooperVision Australia and New Zealand, we do not seek to communicate directly with your patients. We develop tools that help you to communicate with your patients and do not use your patients’ details to communicate directly with them for promotions. If we make any ‘direct to patient’ communication, it is solely in your name, when you ask us to.
