Mark serves as Deputy General Counsel of CooperVision and CooperCompanies. He served as Assistant General Counsel from February 2014 to July 2019, as Senior Counsel from November 2012 to January 2014, and as Corporate Counsel from January 2011 to October 2012. Prior to joining us, Mark was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP from 2005 to 2010, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, public company reporting and corporate governance matters.
